3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales analytics with a deep understanding of pipeline health and customer journeys.
Highly skilled in SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker.
Proven track record of acting as a grinder who can navigate the messy middle between startup chaos and structured scale.
Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Practical experience using AI and machine learning tools to enhance data analysis.
Ability to partner effectively with data engineering, Marketing, and sales teams.
