Hands-on experience building automation workflows (n8n or similar tools), with 1–3 years of relevant experience in automation, internal tools, or operations-focused roles
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and data flows between systems
Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) in practical workflows (prompting, structured outputs, basic validation)
Ability to build and debug multi-step workflows with conditional logic
Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical partners
A builder mindset: you enjoy turning manual or repetitive processes into automated workflows
Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for simple code-based automation steps

[BONUS] Exposure to RAG concepts or working with structured and unstructured data sources
