Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices
- Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop and grow hard-working talent
- Bachelor’s degree is generally required; advanced degree in business or related field preferred
