Help build a great brand from the inside out—create merch and internal assets that our team loves.
Create reusable, on-brand templates and grab-and-go assets that teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and HR can use confidently.
Translate creative work into guidelines, templates, and resources that enable teams across the company to execute independently while maintaining quality.
Ensure brand consistency while thoughtfully evolving our visual language as the company grows.
Partner with Product Marketing and Product Design to create assets for product launches, customer stories, and major announcements.
Create clear, compelling visuals that explain product workflows, features, and value for blog posts, product pages, and sales materials.
Design sales presentations, one-pagers, and case studies that support the revenue team.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, with work spanning digital, physical, and illustrative outputs.
Strong portfolio demonstrating range across web, campaign, brand, and production design.
B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company experience nice-to-have.
Fluency in Figma (primary tool) and Webflow, with comfort preparing assets for web, email, print, and large-format production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
After Effects, Lottie, and HTML/CSS experience a plus.
Experience with Canva for developing self-serve templates that enable non-designers to create on-brand assets.
Strong project management skills—you can prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and ship on deadline without dedicated creative ops support.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus.
Excellent communicator who can articulate design rationale and present work to stakeholders.
Receptive to feedback and able to iterate constructively.
An easy, effective collaboration style across Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Events, and external vendors.
