Create a vision and secure funding for new data analytic concepts and test methodologies
Strategically partner with the business and functional leaders to execute overall strategy utilizing CORE values; Continuous Improvement and Pro-Active methodologies to enable high sustainable yields
Handle complex technical challenges and drive critical RCCA efforts for fielded products
Cross-Functional coordination between Operations, Design and Program group; facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Monitor and track the progress of key projects, addressing any challenges or issues as they arise
Performance monitoring of metrics and tracking systems to measure progress against both strategic and operational goals
Ensure initiatives and projects adhere to corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Develop and deploy scalable and repeatable tools and methods that are transparent, controlled and well documented, enabling a more productive and effective organization
Strengthening the product safety culture through increased awareness and safety management support
Requirements
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Prior experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical systems in production or field environments
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field preferred
Demonstrated experience providing technical and strategic leadership within complex engineering organizations
Proven ability to think strategically and drive business innovation, aligning technical decisions with organizational objectives
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering development processes, including design, verification, validation, and production transition
Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional and organizational boundaries while maintaining a strong customer-focused mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building and sustaining professional relationships at multiple organizational levels
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
