Underwriting Service Specialist

Role Overview

• ensure account service delivery meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations
• utilize customer service skills and established processes
• analyze key pieces of information and determine appropriate course of action
• collaborate with underwriters, corporate resources, and global teams
• ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met
• process various underwriting transactions and requests
• correspond with brokers for information at Underwriter’s request
• coordinate services with other services units as needed
• handle other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ Years experience in same or related field preferred
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Detail-oriented
• Customer-focused
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
