As part of the web core team, you will have to support all web development within Greenlight. This includes providing mentorship and support for web teams, defining standards, best practices and determining technologies
Working in a strong team to quickly deliver on our web products.
Work with product and design teams to continuously add incremental features while balancing new features and tech debt
Scaling and maintaining our backend services to evolve with new feature requests and support our growing user base
Improving the reliability and availability of the platform which supports our families and partners

BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years software development experience
The ability to context switch frequently in a fast-paced environment
An eye towards performance, scalability, and observability
Experience building single page applications using a modern framework
Experience building REST apis
Recent experience building backend services using node.js
Understanding of how to execute well on the build/measure/learn process and lean startup skills
