Own the QA process, defining and continuously refining our quality strategy, workflows, test frameworks, and success metrics across the project.
Lead and maintain a high-performing internal QA organization, while establishing effective partnerships and accountability with external QA vendors.
Be the primary quality partner to the development teams, providing clear quality signals, risk assessments, and readiness input to inform scheduling, prioritization, and release decisions.
Establish and maintain QA standards, documentation, and reporting to ensure clarity and consistency.
Oversee vendor QA strategy and performance, including scope definition, quality expectations, and integration with internal QA efforts.
Own platform compliance and certification readiness across all target platforms, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans.
Requirements
Shipped at least two games in at least a Lead QA capacity and across console(s) and PC.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing QA teams, including mentoring senior ICs and establishing clear expectations and accountability.
Prior experience with TRCs/TCRs.
Experience developing test frameworks and plans from project goals and executing them.
Unreal Engine experience required.
