Use Figma Make and AI daily for rapid prototyping and iteration
Leverage generative AI tools for concept exploration, mood boards, and asset generation
Maintain and evolve Oppizi's design system and brand guidelines in Figma
Create multiple design variations
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver visual assets on tight timelines
Optimize designs based on performance data and A/B testing insights
Produce motion graphics and simple animations for digital campaigns
Stay current with emerging AI design tools and continuously integrate new capabilities into your workflow
Document and share AI design best practices with the team

2+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio
Active daily use of at least 1 generative AI tools
Proficiency with Figma Make or similar AI-to-design tools
Strong prompt engineering skills for visual generation
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Fluent English (B2+ minimum)
Curiosity-driven mindset, you explore and adopt new AI tools proactively
Fast iteration speed, you're comfortable producing more concepts than a traditional designer
Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or other LLMs for design ideation and copywriting (nice to have)
Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Rive) (nice to have)
Portfolio demonstrating your AI augmented design workflow, not just polished finals, we would love to see the process and prompts (nice to have)
Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, variables, design systems) (nice to have)
Basic HTML/CSS understanding (nice to have)
Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants (bonus, we love designers who code with AI!) (nice to have)
Spanish language (nice to have)
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (nice to have)
Knowledge of offline/direct marketing or performance marketing (nice to have)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) as secondary tools (nice to have)
3D design basics (Blender, Spline) (nice to have)
