About this role

Serve as the technical accounting authority for complex transactions.
Develop and maintain a structured contract review process to assess accounting implications of new and non-standard agreements.
Support the development and implementation of global accounting policies, controls, and compliance frameworks.
Lead preparation and maintenance of complex global financial analyses.
Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
Serve as a key liaison for external auditors.
Design, implement, and enhance global controls.
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and other stakeholders to provide technical accounting guidance.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including significant technical accounting responsibility.
Proven ability to operate independently in a senior, principal-level individual contributor role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong experience with ERP systems
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Demonstrated experience supporting audits, lender reporting, and complex accounting analyses.
