Own end-to-end delivery of all LEA Reply implementations in North America (WMS, YMS, LMS, and related modules).
Define and enforce delivery governance, methodology, and quality standards aligned with global Reply frameworks.
Build and scale the North American implementation team, including onboarding, training, structure, and performance management.
Proactively manage delivery risk, escalations, and corrective action plans to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
Ensure solutions align with customer business objectives, ROI expectations, and operational realities, supporting late-stage sales and complex pursuits.
Own services financial performance, including margin, utilization, forecasting, and delivery predictability.
Oversee post–go-live stabilization and transition to Customer Success, driving satisfaction and long-term referenceability.
Collaborate with global Reply teams and partners to balance capacity, share best practices, and ensure consistent customer experience.
Requirements
5 years of experience in supply chain software consulting or implementation leadership.
Proven experience delivering WMS or supply chain execution system implementations.
Proven knowledge of system architectures and modern technologies.
Experience managing multi-site, enterprise, or global deployments.
Strong team organization acumen with attention to financial aspects related to long-term projects.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
