Contribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, product and packaging briefs, quoting, and go-to-market plans
Conduct product, market, and competitive research to support new and existing initiatives
Support product development by coordinating samples, specifications, and quoting inputs with sourcing and factories throughout the development process
Manage and track projects across the product development lifecycle, helping maintain timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
Coordinate sales sample requests and support category trade shows and customer meetings
Process, analyze, and compile financial and performance data (e.g., Power BI) for monthly meetings and business reviews
Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities; collaborate with customer support and category teams to drive improvements
Arrange shipping of samples and props for photo and video shoots and other marketing needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
1–3 years of marketing, or product-related experience; CPG experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
