Role Overview
Take ownership of the product design process from initial discovery through final implementation for Activation initiatives.
Design intuitive interfaces for our best-in-class execution engine, managing high-velocity transactions and massive scalability.
Translate technical capabilities, like prioritized inventory waterfalls and multiple layers of volume capping, into user-friendly supply control tools.
Imagine future interaction patterns where users supervise and guide AI-driven optimizations rather than manually executing tasks.
Partner with Product and Engineering to design "omnichannel" surfaces that integrate specialized media formats like Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) into unified workflows.
Maintain and extend our design system to support emerging automation and activation workflows.
Deliver high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs.
Conduct usability tests and interviews to validate that designs meet the needs of media sellers and buyers.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in product design, specifically with complex workflow (prior AdTech, FinTech or MarTech experience preferred) or platform tools.
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering on technical software or data-driven products.
Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma (know your way around tokens/primitives/modes/etc.) and its AI counterpart like Figma Make.
Strong foundational skills in user research, information architecture and visual design.
Skilled communicator who can translate technical complexity into intuitive user experiences.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize work in a high-growth environment.
Understanding of standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to support handoffs to engineering.
