About this role
Role Overview
Assess current-state technology ecosystems, workflows, and operational performance across Care Alliance delivery tools.
Identify inefficiencies, variation, and integration barriers.
Analyze systems to uncover opportunities for Care Alliance execution standardization and optimization.
Translate execution requirements into integrated technology solutions.
Participate in implementation planning and change management.
Collaborate with Care Alliance account community and enterprise team stakeholders.
Support integration across people, process, and technology.
Assist with troubleshooting system, workflow, and integration challenges.
Maintain documentation of configurations, updates, and workflows.
Prepare concise reports for leadership and customer stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in IT systems analysis or healthcare technology operations.
Proficiency with IT management tools and data visualization, preferred experience in Smartsheet and Sharepoint technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
