Contribute to new business activities, help outline and write pitch decks.
Be responsible for sound, strategic thinking for integrated campaign work.
Clearly articulate ideas to colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Present effectively to clients and agency teams.
Identify trends and opportunities as they emerge in social that stay true to our brands.
Work collaboratively with a large team of creatives from ideation to execution – helping to ensure ideas are created and brought to life faithfully while taking direction & feedback from leads.
Manage multiple priorities and assignments.
Requirements
3+ years of agency experience & a portfolio of live & spec work
A robust knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, design, new/emerging platforms and technologies
Achieved full command of the creative process
you know how to bring an idea along from a kernel to a campaign, and sell it to clients while staying on brief
