Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure that each case is fully resolved in accordance with service level agreements.
Handles leave and accommodation cases by reviewing requests, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality.
Update knowledge articles in coordination with Process Owner.
Escalate issues related to compliance to Sr. Advisor or Manager.
Collaborate with team members on process improvements.
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
The ability to identify and solve complex HR-related issues, such as benefits enrollment errors or payroll discrepancies.
Basic understanding of HR Compliance; ability to research and learn.
The ability to pay close attention to detail, such as HR inquiries and resolutions, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
A basic understanding of HR systems and technology, such as HRIS and employee self-service portals.
The ability to accurately document HR inquiries and resolutions in HR systems.
The ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
The ability to write clearly and concisely to update knowledge articles.
The ability to continuously improve HR service delivery and strive to provide excellent customer service.
