Role Overview
- Act as the Technical Lead for a small scrum team
- Design, develop, and support scalable backend services and platform capabilities from concept through production
- Lead code reviews and uphold engineering standards across CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Integrate AI and ML capabilities into core systems to enhance automation and decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Strong foundation in object oriented programming and scalable system design
- Hands on ownership across the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and production support
- Experience integrating AI or ML components into enterprise systems through internal or external APIs
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility
