Design, develop, coordinate, and update FM new hire, disease state, product and data onboarding;
Align with WW Medical Learning, WW Commercialization Learning, and US FM and HOM teams to ensure strategic onboarding needs are met
Under the guidance of AD US Medical Learning, work collaboratively to achieve learning goals
Ensure launch readiness of FM through innovative learning design
Coordinate (logistics) Field Readiness Validations
Ensure learning solutions align with therapeutic area strategies, communication priorities, scientific narratives, and core competencies
Regularly evaluate scientific learning materials and programs, and update based on input and alignment with key stakeholders
Collaborate with key Medical Stakeholders to select outside speakers/consultants to deliver timely discussions/presentations on important TA-related medical topics as needed
Thoughtfully design training sessions using Adult Learning Principles to optimize learning and implement strategies to provide consistency regarding timing and to protect field time for activities and interactions
Design, develop and deploy aligned therapeutic area medical/scientific education/training for US FM teams.
Coordinate training logistics around BMS scientific data releases at major US congresses
Create and/or adapt materials and tools for internal use that support US FM in the effective delivery of BMS product information and data to healthcare professionals
Incorporate innovation and technologies into learning solutions as appropriate
Work closely with partner groups to identify efficiencies for content development
Coordination of training for US FM teams in support of BMS priority tiered clinical trials; collaborate with Medical Excellence, WW Medical Learning, US FM Leadership and R&D colleagues
5-7+ years pharmaceutical / biotech experience preferred, inclusive of fellowship experience with a proven track record of success
Experience and strong skills in public presentation
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Ability to effectively interact cross-functionally and across geographies, as needed
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships
Highly motivated self-starter willing to work in an environment where individual initiative, accountability to the team, and professional maturity are essential
Demonstrates emotional intelligence with a positive attitude in a dynamic paced working environment to ensure the success of medical learning and BMS
High level of personal commitment and results-orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word and AI applications (ChatGPT/MS Co-Pilot)
Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements (e.g. Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, various Training Initiatives, etc.)
