Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience.
Extensive cGMP Quality Knowledge: Possesses extensive knowledge of cGMP Quality, particularly in training.
Stakeholder Interaction and Influence: Capable of effectively interacting with and influencing multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Critical Problem Interpretation and Communication: Skilled in interpreting problems and communicating solutions clearly.
Coaching and Development: Proficient in coaching others, talent selection, and developing team members.
Independent Mindset and Tenacity: Demonstrates an independent mindset and tenacity.
Leadership and Collaboration: Leadership and collaborative skills to drive team performance.
