Role Overview
Lead and manage a global team
Oversee data entry, data management, and data quality processes
Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy of HR data
Lead and manage HRIS upgrade projects from planning to execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management or a related role
Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Workday)
Experience managing HRIS, upgrades, and data management
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
