Build and maintain project-level financial models for utility-scale battery storage assets at all stages of development, construction, and operations.
Run scenario analysis and summarize results in reports to management.
Support the execution of project finance debt, tax equity, and structured equity transactions, including maintaining data rooms, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with external parties
Support review of financing documents, including credit agreements, tax equity documents, and hedging arrangements
Prepare financial information for company reporting packages and in support of investment decisions
Assist in evaluating portfolio-level financing strategies, including warehouse facilities, holdco debt, revolvers, and corporate capital raises
Work closely and collaboratively across the organization to efficiently and effectively prepare for and execute on financing transactions
Assist with commercial and financial analysis of power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, merchant revenue opportunities, and other ad-hoc analysis of development assets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, renewable energy, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
