Understand business needs, including processes for end-to-end business solutions for HR functions
Provide advanced technical leadership and guidance for Workday integrations
Design, build, and maintain Workday-native integrations such as Third-Party Payroll Integrations, EIB, Workday Connectors, etc.
Monitor integration performance and optimize opportunities
Collaborate with business users and HR COE teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required or 6 years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree
6+ years of professional work experience
5+ years supporting HR or Workday native integrations
3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, including design, build, and deployment
3+ years experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or optimizing initiatives
3+ years of experience working in an enterprise HRIS ecosystem, including integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, SSO, payroll providers, and other downstream systems
Preferred: Experience with third-party payroll, benefits, or WFM integrations (e.g., ADP, UKG, Alight)
Workday Pro certification(s) related to Integrations
Advanced understanding of cloud-based integration technologies, object-oriented data models, and API-based architectures
Strong knowledge of HR data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., PII, GDPR)
