Support day-to-day construction activities related to building infrastructure and static architecture.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to verify alignment with approved designs and applicable standards.
Coordinate with contractors and internal engineering teams to support site execution, resolve routine technical issues, and track progress.
Participate in site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Assist with tracking construction progress, documenting site activities, and preparing status reports.
Support issue identification and escalation related to constructability, scheduling, or quality concerns.
Assist with material coordination, equipment readiness, and site logistics as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering / Management, Structural Engineering or related field.
5-7 years of experience in Industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Basic understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and methods.
Familiarity with civil works such as earthworks, foundations, and buried utilities.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to document site activities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
Proficiency with standard office tools; exposure to CAD/BIM tools is an asset.

Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $78,260
$117,380 CAD, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan.
