Provide high-level administrative support to the Commercial President, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Act as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing requests, meetings, and communications on behalf of Sales leadership
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups for leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and internal operating rhythms
Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to support sales initiatives
Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for executive reviews and board-related meetings
Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Support planning and execution of team meetings, offsites, and sales events
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and communication across the Sales organization
Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within Sales, Revenue, or Go-To-Market organizations
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications
Experience with required systems, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools like Asana; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort handling confidential information and working with senior stakeholders
