About this role
Role Overview
Own outbound prospecting—researching, targeting, and engaging with ideal-fit accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively using a qualification-based sales methodology to support a strong handoff to Account Executives.
Personalize outreach at scale using tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator
Craft messaging that aligns to vertical pain points and persona priorities across consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Hit monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and contact engagement rates.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR roles.
Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets in a sales-assisted or outbound-led growth model.
A strong communicator, coachable and confident leading by example.
Experience with CRM (Insightly, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics, and ability to track/report KPIs.
Bonus: Prior experience working in a startup or helping stand up new GTM functions.
Bonus: Experience mentoring or coaching peers.
