About this role

Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions
Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to channel sales teams and customers
Assist channel sales teams in assessing potential application of company products
Create detailed design and implementation specifications
Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation

College degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of one year or more of Customer-facing experience working as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineers, Technical Sales, etc. -
or -
3 or more years' experience with AI software solutions
Experience working with Adobe partner resellers and distributors
Proficiency in Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Sign, Document Cloud Services, Adobe Express and Creative Cloud
Ability to present ideas persuasively
French or German language skills are a plus.
