Active contact person in pre-studies
Team Lead Finance/Controlling in S/4 Hana implementations in Green Field and migration projects.
Responsible for business process analysis, fit/gap analysis, process design, training, test support, roll-out and go-live support
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client
Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential
Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit
Functional advisory and support of team members

Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing
Several years of practical experience, preferably in the area of manufacturing
In-depth Knowledge of SAP Controlling, incl. PS and strong Knowledge of SAP Finance incl. integration to the other modules
Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects
Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects
Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members
Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams
Intercultural understanding
Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements
Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German.
