Role Overview
- Develop strategic sales plans to support division’s growth
- Maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Ensure renewal retention while optimizing customer experience
- Collaborate with sales and service functions
- Schedule regular meetings with team members to discuss production and sales strategy
- Manage carrier relationships and attend industry functions
- Provide oversight over the entire New Business and Renewal Process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years commercial insurance brokerage experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing and developing talent
- Proven track record of fostering and maintaining strong client relationships at the management level
- Industry designation preferred (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)
- Level 2 general insurance license
