Work closely with Commercial teams for IP Order Management process setup in SAP SD.
Own end-to-end SAP Order to Cash functional execution for integration of acquired semiconductor IP businesses.
Oversee design and delivery of SAP SD & MM Configurations & Customizations for non-inventory, product-service offerings for IP licenses & royalties.
Support M&A integration and carve-out activities with a strong focus on Day-1 and Day-2 operability.
Requirements
15+ years of enterprise IT delivery or systems experience.
Demonstrable ability to Lead IT partners for successful design & delivery.
Demonstrable understanding of commercial IP business models, including how IP is sold, contracted, and billed.
Hands-on experience with SAP SD & MM module, particularly in contract-based billing, revenue recognition, and non-inventory or product-service offerings.
Hands-on experience with IP Pricing & Royalty Calculations for any industry.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Business teams to operationalize commercial terms in IT systems.
