Maintain and enhance a robust ERM strategy aligned with the organization’s risk appetite and strategic goals.
Manage risk programs spanning financial and non-financial risk disciplines across our business lines.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all business lines, including employee benefits, retirement, retail wealth management, and investment management.
Maintain and enhance the ERM framework, including policies, procedures, and tools to identify, measure, monitor, and report risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Establish effective risk reporting mechanisms.
Prepare and present risk management reports to senior leadership and the Board, highlighting key risks, mitigation strategies, and overall exposure.
Partner with business units and line-of-business chief risk officers to promote a risk-aware culture and integrate risk considerations into business decisions.
Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruptions.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate employees on risk management practices and foster a culture of risk awareness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (FRM, PRM, CPA) preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management within financial services, with strong knowledge of employee benefits, retirement, wealth management, and investment management.
Proven experience leading ERM strategies and initiatives, including developing and maturing risk frameworks.
Strong commitment to integrity and Ethical standards, with A focus on Compliance and corporate governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex risk issues into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
