Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies
Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits
Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas
Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform
Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies and troubleshoot system issues
Lead a team of integrators and configurators to support the Workday HCM modules
Work with product owners to align on priorities using Agile methodologies
Design and develop automation workflows and conduct code reviews
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms (Workday)
At least 4 years of experience with Workday Integrations or functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
Bachelor’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance Management, Finance
5+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
Experience with building solutions on Workday Extend
Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)
