About this role

Build and operationalize plans to ensure consistent messaging, appropriate sequencing, and clear connections across all touchpoints with business partners, technologists, and associates
Drive engagement and awareness for ECS strategic initiatives, cyber and fraud capabilities, and everyone’s role in protecting the firm

Bachelor’s Degree required
6-8 years of related professional experience in corporate communications or marketing
Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
Skilled influencer with the capability to build relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization
Audience-first mindset to enable effective communication planning and content creation
Strength in connecting and articulating common threads across initiatives and programs
Ability to think strategically, generate solutions, balance priorities, and adapt well to change direction in a fast-paced environment
Adept at presenting and discussing work with senior level business partners, and helping to translate feedback to the team
Knowledge of Fidelity, technical subject matter, and/or information security experience a plus
Functional experience with Jira a plus.
