Role Overview

• Support development and maintenance of operational procedures and reporting processes
• Assist in gathering and organizing data and updating documentation

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• High school diploma required
• Entry level knowledge of general banking operations
• Entry level knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Entry level working with spreadsheets and databases
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Entry level speaking and writing communication skills
