Define and evolve the end-to-end user experience across multiple products and platforms
Lead the creation of high-quality UX, UI, and interaction designs for complex features and workflows
Maintain and scale the design system, reusable components, patterns, and standards in partnership with Engineering
Mentor and coach other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and knowledge-sharing to elevate team skills and performance

10 or more years of professional design experience
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Expertise in crafting end-to-end user experiences, including interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping for complex products
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and consistency across platforms
Experience creating polished, production-ready UI components
Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, reusable patterns, and component libraries
Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
Skilled in partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to align on strategy, scope, and execution
Ability to leverage user research, analytics, and testing to inform, validate, and iterate on design solutions
Experience mentoring and guiding designers, providing constructive feedback, and elevating overall design quality and team performance
