Retail Sales Floor Associate – Full Time

Role Overview

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support customers on the sales floor and at checkout as needed
• Support checkout operations when needed
• Promote in-store programs and initiatives
• Restock and rotate merchandise
• Return items to the sales floor and assist with product rotation
• Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal displays
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized
• Follow store policies and safety procedures
• Onboarding is provided to help you feel comfortable with store systems and daily routines.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance
• Positive, team-oriented approach
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic register familiarity preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to a safe, drug-free workplace
• Previous retail, cashier, or stocking experience is helpful but not required.
