Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Design and execute change management initiatives that drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Monitor, report on and assess the impact of communications on employee understanding, sentiment, and behavior.
Continuously research best practices and measure the effectiveness of communication approaches.

Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related discipline.
Experience in corporate communications, change management, or related field preferred.
Background supporting infrastructure technology or transformation initiatives highly valued.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt for different audiences.
Strong analytical mindset connecting communication tactics to measurable outcomes.
Experience using Microsoft software, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience using planning tools such as Planview Agile Place.
Experience using Gen AI technology and experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
