Serve as a PD engineer responsible for 10 speed RWD and RWD hybrid propulsion systems and the specific transmission components and assemblies
Take ownership of the component, work hand in hand with specific component engineers
Work with Ford analytical teams, component engineers and suppliers to define component duty cycles
Lead teams through validation of components and sub assemblies
Lead root cause investigations
Define ES specs for components and suppliers.
Complete design assessments including design rules, assembly stacks, print updates
Must be in Livonia Michigan 4 days a week or more depending on specific testing/hardware needs.
Must be approved to travel globally.
