Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consolidation and reconciliation capabilities.
Collaborate with finance and Controls team to gather requirements and prioritize backlog.
Drive adoption of agile practices within the fusion team and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Oversee feature delivery aligned with financial close milestones and compliance requirements.
Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reconciliation processes.
Experience with financial systems and working closely with Control teams.
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) or similar platforms.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in global enterprise environments.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.
Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
