Conduct Energy & Water Audits: Lead comprehensive audits, energy modeling & simulations, and MEP assessments for commercial, industrial, data centers, institutional, and multifamily buildings.
Analyze & Benchmark: Evaluate utility data to identify energy and GHG usage patterns, performing benchmarking and best practice analysis.
Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Assess building envelopes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and control systems to recommend energy, water, and GHG reduction strategies that directly lower OPEX.
Perform Calculations & Modeling: Execute energy calculations, simulations, cost-benefit/ROI analyses, and support feasibility studies focused on operational savings.
Lifecycle & Embodied Carbon Assessment: Apply embodied carbon and lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodologies to construction materials and products, supporting holistic sustainability and cost reduction.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all work aligns with relevant codes and ASHRAE standards (90.1, 62, 55).
Client-Facing Consulting: Prepare technical reports, deliver presentations, and communicate findings to clients in a clear, consultative manner.
Collaborate & Enable: Work closely with clients and internal teams to open doors for further design, engineering, and project management work.
