Role Overview
- Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate the impact of new payer contracts, fee schedule changes, and payer denials
- Lead deep-dive investigations into systemic revenue leakage
- Translate granular data into high-level strategic insights for the Executive Leadership Team
- Help develop and deliver reimagined RCM dashboards and using predictive analytics to solve business problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in Healthcare Data Analytics with a heavy focus on the 'back-end' of the revenue cycle
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot
- Mid-level SQL skills (CTE’s, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization)
