Software Engineer – Platform Productivity

Role Overview

• Work with engineers and management to optimize performance and reliability
• Collaborate in a remote-first environment
• Contribute to the full life cycle of software development
• Participate in on-call rotations for system health
• Implement and help teams with CI/CD processes
• Design, compare, and choose appropriate solutions for development and maintenance of Internal Engineering Platform
• Work with diverse internal teams for implementation support

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a remote-first company
• Good communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow
• Experience with operating your code
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
• Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group (bonus)
• Experience working in a cloud environment (bonus)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (bonus)
