Oversee the training and development of the internal sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of annuity products and driving sales.
Organize training sessions and workshops to educate the sales team about new product features and sales techniques.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the annuity market.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
College Degree required
Series 6, 63 and State Life/Health License required
5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, management experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Quality communicator; comfortable in 1-on-1 and large group meetings
Completes work with minimal supervision
Must be reliable, dependable, and demonstrates good judgement
Works with enthusiasm and conveys positive energy
Knowledge of a broad range of life insurance and annuity products and operational related processes
