Role Overview

• Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives
• Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs
• Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and provide recommendations
• Represent the unit before senior management committees
• Negotiate agreements with external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• Action-oriented; customer focus; openness to differences; interpersonal savvy; nimble learning; strategic mindset
