Role Overview
- Document existing AI governance workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop optimized process flows aligned with governance standards and business objectives
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify areas for automation and assist in implementing tools that streamline governance tasks
- Track and report on improvements in process efficiency and compliance after automation
- Create clear documentation and presentations for leadership on process changes and automation benefits
- Work closely with both business and technology teams, developing valuable cross-functional collaboration skills
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting college program
- Background in business process analysis, operations, or management
- Interest in AI governance and technology-driven process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
- Hands-on experience with basic automation tools (e.g. PowerAutomate)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
