Role Overview
- Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement 3–5 year portfolio strategies for Shoulder Reconstruction and Sports Medicine.
- Partner with sales teams to design and execute launch plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance and identify market trends.
- Build strong partnerships with surgeons, KOLs, and sales network to understand unmet clinical needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in sales or marketing is required.
- Experience in Sports Medicine, Extremities, or Shoulder Reconstruction is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage surgeons, clinical teams and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to market development and multi-channel promotion.
