Role Overview
- Support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department
- Develop and execute dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs
- Utilize technical training and interpret government mandated nutritional standards
- Direct the patient feeding process and quality assurance
- Drive patient satisfaction scores and nursing relationships
Requirements
- 3-5 years of food service management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare Food Service experience required
- Must be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience managing, motivating and engaging a large workforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required
- Excellent interpersonal, customer services and organizational skills required
- A college education in Nutrition or a Registered Dietitian credential is preferred
- SERV Safe Certification is a plus
