Requirements
BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in project delivery management
Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
Hands-on experience supporting data center infrastructure deployments across compute and GPU platforms, network integration, cluster validation, and HPC validation frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers
Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision
