Working closely with our Product (AI, Frameworks, and Services) team
Supporting tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Undertaking special projects as needed
Supporting the creation and improvement of learning and certification products used by technology, security, and GRC professionals
Researching user needs, analyzing competitive trends
Participating in product planning and development
Assisting with market research to identify global trends in cybersecurity, risk, audit, governance, or privacy credentialing and career development
Supporting competitive analysis by summarizing product features, pricing, or market opportunities
Maintaining product documentation such as user requirements and roadmaps
Supporting end-to-end user acceptance testing for products in development to assess product performance and usability prior to launch
Helping coordinate small tasks across teams to support product launches or improvements
Joining team meetings and taking notes, tracking action items, and helping with follow‑up

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Information Systems Management Product Management Computer Science Data Analytics Human Computer Interaction (HCI) / User Experience (UX) Learning Science / Instructional Design
