Role Overview
- Lead overall operational effectiveness supporting compliance matters across all AMCB lines of businesses
- Implement regulatory change management and develop policies/procedures across various business areas
- Oversee a Center of Excellence for Governance and Control for AMCB businesses
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (CRCM/Law Degree) preferred
- 15+ years of related experience in Compliance focused on various aspects including Credit Risk Policy and Process
- Management and employee development experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High level analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the company footprint.
