Role Overview
- Provide therapy services to clients in a hybrid model
- Participate in weekly case consultations with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the EMR system
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT licensure required
- Experience in outpatient therapy setting preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings or weekends preferred
